Job Description:

We are looking for a party designer responsible for creating and designing the identity of the party or event in an integrated manner, starting from understanding the client's idea and needs, through suggesting the theme, colors, and visual elements, to preparing the final design concept that suits the type of event, its budget, and its character. The role includes designing backdrops and backgrounds, table settings, flower and decoration arrangements, selecting balloons and aesthetic elements, and suggesting final execution details for the event in an elegant and distinctive way that reflects the brand identity and client experience.

Main Tasks:

Understanding the client's needs, the nature of the event, and the allocated budget.

Creating an integrated idea or theme for the party that suits the occasion.

Selecting colors, materials, decorations, and coordinating the visual elements of the party.

Preparing a preliminary concept or visual design for the party before execution.

Designing backdrops, event entrances, tables, photo corners, and flower and balloon arrangements.

Coordinating with the execution team to ensure the design is implemented as required.

Developing new ideas and keeping up with party and event trends.

Ensuring all party details are harmonious and presented in a sophisticated and distinctive manner.

Requirements:

High taste and creative sense in designing parties and events.

Experience in coordinating colors, materials, and decorations.

Ability to transform the client's idea into a clear and executable design.

Knowledge of backdrop design, table settings, balloons, and flowers.

Ability to use design applications or software to prepare a preliminary concept.

Communication skills and understanding of client desires.

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
