About Party Experts and the Role

Party Experts, a leading party supplies retailer based in Riyadh, operates a dedicated events division known as Party Experts Events. This division specializes in designing and executing celebrations of various scales, from intimate birthdays to extensive private events. We are currently seeking a Full-time Events Manager to join our team in Riyadh.

Role Purpose

The Events Manager will be responsible for overseeing the entire lifecycle of events, ensuring seamless execution and client satisfaction. This role involves managing client relationships, designing event setups, and leading the on-site team to deliver high-quality celebrations consistent with Party Experts' standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage event bookings and client communication from initial inquiry through to event delivery.
• Design and execute event setups, including balloon arrangements, backdrops, and other decorations.
• Supervise the on-site team to ensure quality standards are met at every event.
• Prepare accurate quotations and close deals with clients.
• Coordinate with the retail store regarding supplies required for each event.

Candidate Profile and Requirements

We are looking for a candidate with 2-5 years of experience in a relevant field. The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications and skills:

• Proven experience in event execution, balloon styling, or decoration.
• Strong client communication and sales skills.
• Ability to lead a team effectively and perform under pressure.
• Flexibility to work varying hours, including evenings and weekends, as events often occur during these times.

Compensation

This full-time position offers a competitive monthly salary ranging from SAR 4,000 to SAR 4,500. In addition to the base salary, the role includes a performance bonus and a percentage for every completed event.
