The Role: Tele Sales Agent

We are seeking a Tele Sales Agent to join our full-time team in Riyadh, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role is essential for engaging with current and potential clients, promoting our range of services, and directly contributing to the achievement of the company's sales objectives. The ideal candidate will possess 5-10 years of experience in a similar sales capacity.

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively with current and prospective customers.
• Present and explain clinic services and promotional offers in a professional manner.
• Accurately record customer data and ensure timely follow-up on all inquiries and requests.
• Coordinate closely with the marketing team and the call center to optimize sales strategies and client engagement.

Qualifications and Experience

• A university degree is required, with a preference for a specialization in Marketing.
• 5-10 years of prior experience in sales and marketing, with a preference for tele-sales experience.
