The Role: Account Management Executive, Growth

Tabby is seeking an Account Management Executive, Growth to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position responsible for managing a dedicated portfolio of clients while also contributing to the broader client base. The primary objective is to ensure merchant satisfaction and optimize their experience by driving growth through strategic account management and product adoption.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring merchant satisfaction and optimizing their experience.
• Drive account expansion by identifying and developing upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
• Offer tailored solutions to clients to increase product adoption and maximize revenue growth.
• Contribute to strategic projects focused on delivering customized solutions to diverse merchants across the organization.
• Collaborate with internal teams to automate processes, optimize operations, and implement solutions for project success.
• Maintain strong, long-term relationships with accounts, developing a deep understanding of their business needs and goals.

Account Development and Data Analysis

• Segment accounts based on revenue potential, industry, and product engagement to identify growth opportunities.
• Monitor account performance by creating comprehensive reports that highlight key metrics and trends specific to each merchant.
• Extract actionable insights from complex data sets to identify opportunities for cross-selling, upselling, and service optimization.
• Provide clear, data-driven recommendations based on analysis and develop visually engaging dashboards and presentations to communicate performance insights to merchants.
• Work on various projects within different teams at Tabby, contributing to initiatives such as product launches, product optimizations, and operational enhancements.

Problem Solving and Client Focus

• Take a proactive approach to identify potential obstacles and address challenges swiftly.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to develop effective, long-term solutions that prevent future problems and ensure client satisfaction.
• Drive account growth and retention through continuous engagement and solution delivery.

Qualifications and Experience

• 0-1 years of experience in account management, sales, or a related client-facing role.
• Demonstrated ability to manage client portfolios and drive growth.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable recommendations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building and maintaining client relationships.
