The Role of Accountant

Awtad Real Estate is seeking a dedicated and skilled Accountant to join its financial team in Riyadh, Riyadh Province. This full-time position is integral to maintaining the integrity of the company's financial operations and ensuring strict compliance with regulatory standards. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting financial reporting and analysis, directly contributing to business performance. The role requires candidates to have 2 to 5 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the day-to-day operations of the accounting department.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and laws governing financial and tax reporting.
Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes.
Conduct reconciliations of bank statements and general ledger accounts.
Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
Provide support during the preparation of annual audits.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely financial information.

Qualifications and Requirements

2 to 5 years of professional experience as an Accountant.
Demonstrated proficiency in managing day-to-day accounting operations.
Strong understanding of financial reporting principles and regulatory compliance.
