Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field.
- Experience of no less than 35 years in the management field with experience in:
- Managing accounts and financial resources
- Human resources operations (recruitment, payroll management)
- Proficiency in using accounting software (such as Zoho) and human resources management programs.
- Excellent communication skills (Arabic and English).
Main Tasks:
- 📊 Comprehensive administrative support:
- Following up on daily account work and preparing financial reports
- Managing recruitment processes from posting advertisements to conducting interviews
- 📑 Report preparation:
- Preparing weekly/monthly performance reports for departments
- Analyzing financial data and providing administrative recommendations
- 🤝 Coordination between departments:
- Acting as a liaison between the sales department and supporting departments
- Organizing follow-up meetings between departments
