Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field.
  • Experience of no less than 35 years in the management field with experience in:
  • Managing accounts and financial resources
  • Human resources operations (recruitment, payroll management)
  • Proficiency in using accounting software (such as Zoho) and human resources management programs.
  • Excellent communication skills (Arabic and English).

Main Tasks:

  • 📊 Comprehensive administrative support:
  • Following up on daily account work and preparing financial reports
  • Managing recruitment processes from posting advertisements to conducting interviews
  • 📑 Report preparation:
  • Preparing weekly/monthly performance reports for departments
  • Analyzing financial data and providing administrative recommendations
  • 🤝 Coordination between departments:
  • Acting as a liaison between the sales department and supporting departments
  • Organizing follow-up meetings between departments
