Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the administration and maintenance of SAP systems, ensuring smooth operations
  • Support user account management, including creating, modifying, and deactivating user access in SAP
  • Help monitor system performance and assist in troubleshooting any technical issues
  • Assist in data entry, reporting, and documentation related to SAP administration
  • Provide technical support and training to end-users as needed
  • Collaborate with the SAP administration team on system upgrades and enhancements
  • Stay updated on SAP best practices and relevant technical developments

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Basic understanding of SAP systems and functionalities is preferred
  • Prior experience in IT support or administrative roles is a plus but not mandatory
