This full-time role focuses on leading large-scale digital transformation programs and complex technology delivery engagements specifically within the Financial Services industry.

Role Overview

The Director – Agile Program Management will be responsible for driving strategic delivery across major client programs or portfolios of accounts. This involves ensuring successful business outcomes, commercial performance, and client satisfaction. The role requires bringing together multidisciplinary teams, establishing strong executive relationships, and leading complex transformation initiatives from strategy through execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale digital transformation programs and complex technology delivery engagements within the Financial Services industry.
• Drive strategic delivery across major client programs or portfolios of accounts.
• Ensure successful business outcomes, commercial performance, and client satisfaction.
• Assemble and lead multidisciplinary teams.
• Establish and maintain strong executive relationships with clients.
• Lead complex transformation initiatives from strategy development through execution.
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders.
• Shape delivery strategies and identify growth opportunities for clients.
• Assist clients in navigating complex business and technology challenges.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in Agile Program Management.
• Demonstrated experience leading digital transformation programs within the Financial Services industry.
• Proven ability to manage complex technology delivery engagements.
• Experience in strategic leadership, technology expertise, and commercial accountability.
