Qiddiya is seeking an Analyst, Stakeholder Engagement & Communications, to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role supports communication and engagement strategies for workplace change initiatives, office relocations, and employee transition programs within the organization.

Role Overview

The Analyst, Stakeholder Engagement & Communications, is responsible for developing clear employee communications, coordinating stakeholder engagement efforts, and ensuring the timely and effective dissemination of information throughout change journeys. The role involves supporting the planning and execution of various communication and engagement activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the development and delivery of communication and engagement plans for workplace change and move initiatives.
• Prepare employee communications, stakeholder updates, move instructions, FAQs, and awareness materials.
• Coordinate with Workplace teams and other stakeholders to gather necessary information and ensure communication readiness.
• Monitor communication schedules and support the timely delivery of key updates and announcements.
• Track stakeholder feedback, concerns, and engagement activities to support successful change adoption.
• Support reporting and analysis of communication effectiveness and stakeholder engagement outcomes.

Qualifications and Experience

• 0-1 years of relevant experience.
• Demonstrated ability to develop clear and concise communications.
• Experience in coordinating with multiple stakeholders.
