UNIMAC - United Maintenance and Contracting Company is seeking an Architectural BIM Engineer to join its professional team in Riyadh. This full-time role is central to the architectural design and BIM development of various projects within the company's portfolio.

The Role of Architectural BIM Engineer

The Architectural BIM Engineer will lead the architectural design and Building Information Modeling (BIM) development for landscape and urban realm components across all project phases. This position is crucial for ensuring aesthetic integrity, constructability, and effective coordination with civil and MEP disciplines, primarily utilizing Revit and Civil3D platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, coordinate, and update Revit architectural and landscape BIM models, adhering to project standards and achieving LOD 300-500.
• Integrate architectural, landscape, and infrastructure elements to ensure clash-free coordination with Civil, Structural, and MEP teams.
• Prepare comprehensive construction and shop drawings directly derived from BIM models.
• Lead Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) checks for model accuracy, metadata compliance, and documentation standards.
• Support site implementation through digital models, visualization, and the integration of as-built updates.
• Collaborate closely with engineers, planners, and contractors to effectively resolve design conflicts.

Required Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for this role should possess 8+ years of experience in architectural design and BIM development. Proficiency in Revit and Civil3D platforms is essential for successful execution of the role's responsibilities.
