About the Role

Saleh Al-Rajhi & Partners Co. Ltd is seeking an Architectural Engineer to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time position requires an individual with 5-10 years of experience in architectural design and project coordination. The role focuses on supporting the development and execution of architectural projects, ensuring design integrity and compliance with project standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and refining concept designs, schematic layouts, and detailed construction drawings.
• Prepare and review design packages, tender documentation, and presentation materials.
• Coordinate with internal teams, including engineering, MEP, structural, and project management, to ensure design integrity across all project phases.
• Review consultants’ drawings to ensure compliance with established project standards and relevant codes.
• Support the preparation of submissions for authority approvals and permitting processes.
• Participate in coordination and design review meetings with consultants and various stakeholders.
• Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress, verify adherence to design intent, and address any construction-related issues that may arise.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of professional experience in an architectural engineering role.
• Strong proficiency in architectural software including AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.
• Experience with visualization and presentation tools such as Photoshop, InDesign, and Lumion.
• Familiarity with Building Information Modeling (BIM) coordination processes.
