Valeo Health ME is a healthtech company focused on developing efficient, reliable, and scalable operations to support quality healthcare delivery. The company is seeking an Assistant Manager for Warehouse & Inventory to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
Role Overview
The Assistant Manager – Warehouse & Inventory will oversee daily warehouse operations, ensure accurate inventory control, and contribute to the organization's supply chain efficiency. This full-time role involves close coordination with cross-functional teams to maintain inventory accuracy, facilitate timely dispatch, and drive continuous process improvement. The position requires 2-5 years of relevant experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Warehouse Operations: Plan, coordinate, and monitor the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods. Manage daily inventory operations, including inbound, outbound, and returns processing. Ensure warehouse layout, storage practices, and handling procedures meet operational and safety standards.
- Inventory Management: Ensure continuous inventory availability and proactively flag low-stock and out-of-stock SKUs. Maintain inventory health through periodic checks, cycle counts, and wall-to-wall physical counts. Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies in a timely manner. Maintain accurate inventory logs, records, and documentation.
- Reporting & Process Improvement: Develop and maintain KPIs, dashboards, and performance metrics for warehouse and inventory operations. Prepare weekly and monthly inventory reports for management review. Devise and implement strategies to optimize inventory control procedures and reduce inventory loss/shrinkage. Document and continuously improve standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with warehouse staff, procurement, logistics, and other cross-functional teams to achieve business goals. Coordinate with vendors/3PL partners (if applicable) on inbound/outbound schedules. Support audits and compliance checks as required.
Required Experience
Candidates should possess 2-5 years of experience in warehouse and inventory management roles, demonstrating a detail-oriented and proactive approach to operations.
Work Environment
This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, requiring active participation in a dynamic healthtech environment.
