Associate Director Capital Markets

JLL is seeking an Associate Director - Capital Markets to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time role is integral to shaping the future of real estate by combining world-class services, advisory, and technology for clients. The position requires 2-5 years of experience and involves a comprehensive blend of technical financial expertise and client-facing responsibilities within commercial real estate transactions.

Key Responsibilities

• Technical/Analytical Work: Perform financial modeling and analysis for commercial real estate transactions, prepare information memorandums and marketing materials, conduct market research and intelligence gathering, and execute cash flow analysis and valuations.
• Client Management: Engage in business development through networking and relationship building, assess client needs and develop proposals, manage transaction processes from origination to close, and maintain regular client interactions including calls, meetings, and site visits.
• Transaction Support: Assist with deal structuring (Joint Development, JV, Asset Sales, Redevelopment), coordinate due diligence, support negotiations and deal execution, and identify targets for transactions.

Qualifications and Experience

• MBA in Finance, CA, or CFA qualification.
• 3-7 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in the real estate and/or logistics/industrial sector is preferred.

Required Skills

• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong financial modeling capabilities.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Proven business development and networking abilities.
• An understanding of corporate law is beneficial.

Work Environment and Travel

This role is based in Riyadh and is a full-time position. It requires significant travel, with over 50% of time dedicated to deal activities, site visits, and client meetings. The position offers exposure to the full spectrum of commercial real estate capital markets transactions.
