Associate Financial Analyst

About the Role

Alghanim Industries is seeking an Associate Financial Analyst to join their team in Asharat Sudair, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position designed for individuals with 0-1 years of experience. The successful candidate will support the Finance Manager across various financial activities, including budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis.

Role Overview

The Associate Financial Analyst will play a key role in supporting the finance department by contributing to essential financial planning and reporting functions. This position requires strong analytical capabilities and meticulous attention to detail, particularly when handling confidential business information. The role involves direct support for management reporting, business planning, and identifying opportunities for financial improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the annual budget and periodic forecasting processes.
• Prepare monthly management reports and conduct variance analysis.
• Analyze business performance, profitability, costs, and key financial metrics.
• Develop and maintain KPI reports and dashboards.
• Prepare presentations for business review meetings.
• Conduct ad-hoc financial analyses to support decision-making processes.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and recommend improvements.
• Assist in contract, tender, and project costing.
• Support product costing and pricing analysis.
• Review business processes and assist in strengthening internal controls.

Qualifications and Experience

• 1-3 years of experience in a financial analysis or related role.
• Demonstrated analytical skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to handle confidential business information discreetly and securely.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, within the Alghanim Industries finance department. The role involves working closely with the Finance Manager and other team members to achieve financial objectives and support business operations.
