The Role of Associate M&A Advisor

The Associate M&A Advisor will be based in Riyadh, KSA, and will provide specialized financial modeling, valuation, and investment appraisal support. This role is integral to the company's Mergers & Acquisitions and Corporate Development activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide specialized financial modeling support for M&A and Corporate Development activities.
• Conduct valuation analysis for potential investment opportunities.
• Offer investment appraisal support to assess strategic initiatives.
• Prepare structured analyses of investment opportunities, including risks, returns, and key assumptions.
• Support management review processes and informed decision-making regarding M&A activities.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of relevant professional experience.
• Demonstrated expertise in financial modeling and valuation techniques.
• Experience in investment appraisal within a corporate development or M&A context.
