The Opportunity

Almarai is undergoing an expansion program, including acquisitions in new vertical markets. This growth has created an opportunity for an Associate Mergers & Acquisitions Advisor to join a multinational team dedicated to supporting the group's growth plans. This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

Core Purpose of the Role

The Associate Mergers & Acquisitions Advisor provides specialized financial modeling, valuation, and investment appraisal support for M&A and Corporate Development activities. This involves preparing structured analysis of investment opportunities, risks, returns, and key assumptions to support management review and informed decision-making processes.

Responsibilities

• Conduct financial modeling for potential M&A transactions.
• Perform valuation analysis of investment opportunities.
• Prepare investment appraisal reports, detailing risks and returns.
• Analyze key assumptions underlying investment proposals.
• Support management in reviewing investment opportunities and making informed decisions.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in mergers & acquisitions or corporate development.
• Demonstrated experience in financial modeling and valuation techniques.
• Proven ability to prepare detailed investment appraisals.
