Mergers and Acquisitions Director

About the Role

KPMG Middle East is seeking a Mergers and Acquisitions Director to be the firm's most senior Corporate Finance professional based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves expanding market presence, developing C-suite relationships, and originating strategic transactions to build a leading M&A franchise in the region.

Key Responsibilities

• Expand KPMG's market presence in Saudi Arabia.
• Deepen relationships with C-suite executives.
• Originate strategic M&A transactions.
• Advise clients on acquisitions, divestments, capital raises, joint ventures, and strategic transactions.
• Contribute to building a leading M&A franchise in Saudi Arabia.

Candidate Profile and Experience

The ideal candidate will possess a strong local network and a proven track record in M&A. This role requires a minimum of 10 years of experience in relevant fields.

• 10-15+ years of experience in M&A, investment banking, private equity, corporate finance, or transaction advisory.
• Demonstrable track record of originating and executing successful transactions.
• Well-established network across Saudi Arabia's corporate, government, sovereign wealth, family business, and investment communities.
• Trusted advisor to senior executives, shareholders, and decision-makers.
• Strong understanding of Saudi Arabia's business landscape and Vision 2030 agenda.
• KSA-based and Arabic-speaking dealmaker preferred.
