SIHAMCO is seeking a Branch Manager for LucaLand, Saudi Arabia's first dog entertainment destination. Established in 2021, LucaLand offers a dedicated space for dogs and their owners. This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and includes visa, return flights, basic salary, accommodation, and transport.

Role Summary

The Branch Manager at Luca Park is responsible for the daily operations of the branch. This role involves ensuring high standards of customer service and maintaining brand consistency. The manager will lead the branch team to provide a safe and engaging environment for all visitors, including pets. A genuine affinity for dogs and comfort interacting with them is a core requirement for this position.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage the daily operations of Luca Park.
• Ensure high standards of hygiene, safety, and guest experience across all areas.
• Lead, train, and motivate team members to deliver exceptional service.
• Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
• Oversee cash handling, inventory control, and daily reporting.
• Coordinate with operations and marketing teams for promotions and events.
• Ensure proper care, comfort, and safety for visiting dogs in compliance with LucaLand's policies.
• Maintain a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere for all guests and their pets.
• Monitor employee performance and schedule shifts efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, health, and safety regulations.

Qualifications and Experience

• 2-5 years of relevant experience.
• Demonstrated love for dogs and comfort around them.
• Proven ability to oversee daily operations and manage a team.
• Experience in ensuring high standards of customer service and safety.
