The Role: Business Development Executive

We are seeking a Business Development Executive to drive new client acquisition and pipeline growth across the KSA market, based in Riyadh. This is a market-facing, target-driven role focused on identifying, qualifying, and converting opportunities among enterprise, government, and institutional buyers in Saudi Arabia. The KSA market is currently accelerating digital transformation spend under Vision 2030-aligned programs and government digitization initiatives. The role sits at the front end of the sales cycle, working closely with presales, technical consulting, and delivery teams to move opportunities from first contact to signed engagement. The position is full-time and requires 2-5 years of experience, with a salary range of SAR 11,250 - SAR 15,000.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities across the company's technology service lines, including AI, Data & Analytics, Cloud, CRM, workflow automation (*, ServiceNow-based), RPA/BPM & Hyperautomation, IoT, Managed Services, Custom Application Development, and Staff Augmentation within the Riyadh/KSA market.
• Promote the company's proprietary SaaS platforms across HR Tech, EdTech, and business automation to relevant vertical buyers, including HR leaders, education institutions, and operations decision-makers.
• Build and maintain a qualified sales pipeline through outbound prospecting, cold outreach, market mapping of active KSA digital transformation initiatives, networking, and industry events.
• Track and report pipeline health, conversion rates, and revenue forecasts on a weekly/monthly basis.
• Coordinate with presales and technical consulting teams to develop proposals, statements of work, and responses to RFI/RFPs, including KSA government and enterprise tenders.
• Represent the company at KSA industry events, exhibitions, and partner ecosystem forums to build regional brand visibility.
• Support post-sale client relationship management, identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
• Stay current on KSA regulatory, Saudization, and localization requirements relevant to enterprise/government IT contracting.

Required Experience

• 2-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related client-facing role, preferably within IT services or digital transformation.
• Demonstrated ability to identify, qualify, and convert new business opportunities.
• Experience working with enterprise, government, or institutional clients in Saudi Arabia.

Location and Compensation

This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The salary for this role ranges from SAR 11,250 to SAR 15,000 per month.
