IT Sales Executive

About the Role

Ethra For Human Resources Consulting is seeking an IT Sales Executive to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time position focuses on developing and managing customer relationships, identifying business opportunities, and promoting the company’s IT products and technology solutions. The role requires a strong sales orientation and effective communication skills to build relationships and close deals.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or solutions.
• Present and promote the company’s products and services.
• Conduct sales meetings and product presentations.
• Prepare and follow up on quotations and proposals.
• Negotiate prices and commercial terms with customers.
• Follow up on leads and sales opportunities until closure.
• Maintain regular communication with existing and potential customers.
• Coordinate with Pre-Sales and internal teams to meet customer requirements.
• Achieve assigned sales targets.
• Maintain accurate customer and sales records through the CRM.
• Stay informed about market trends, competitors, and new products.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Previous experience in sales is preferred.
• Strong ability to sell, negotiate, and close deals.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer relationship-building skills.
• Ability to identify customer needs and understand business requirements.
• Good presentation and persuasion skills.
• Strong follow-up and target-oriented mindset.
• Good English communication skills.
• IT / Technology sales experience is preferred but not mandatory.
• Experience with software, technology solutions, or IT products is an advantage.
• Exposure to AI / AI Solutions is a plus.

Work Location

This role requires the ability to work on-site in Riyadh.
