About Master Works and the Role

Master Works, through its subsidiary SOOR, is seeking a Business & Technical Solutions Specialist to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is designed for professionals who can effectively bridge the gap between business objectives and technological solutions.

Role Purpose and Contribution

The Business & Technical Solutions Specialist serves as a critical link, providing support across various stages of solution development and deployment. This includes direct involvement in business analysis, solution design, system integration, rigorous testing, and successful implementation activities, ensuring that technical solutions align precisely with business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and document comprehensive business and technical requirements.
• Support the design of solutions and activities related to system integration.
• Conduct thorough business process analysis and identify areas for improvement.
• Prepare Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), functional specifications, process maps, and use cases.
• Provide support for testing, troubleshooting, and resolution of technical issues.
• Coordinate effectively with various stakeholders, vendors, and internal technical teams.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date solution and integration documentation.
• Support change management initiatives and activities aimed at user adoption.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, Engineering, or a closely related field.
• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of relevant professional experience is required for this role.

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, offering an opportunity to contribute to significant projects within Master Works' subsidiary, SOOR.
