Customer service representative is required to work in the center to respond to customer inquiries and provide effective solutions to their problems with professionalism and expertise. The candidate must have a clear voice, sound Arabic language skills, excellent English language skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with customers, in addition to proficiency in computer use and dealing with customer service programs. The main tasks include:
• Receiving telephone calls and responding to customer inquiries
• Recording and documenting customer complaints in the system
• Following up on customer requests until they are resolved completely
• Achieving the required performance indicators in terms of the number of calls and service quality
• Working within a shift system
• Contributing to improving the customer experience and providing suggestions for service development
