The Opportunity: Divisional Product Development Manager (Premier Foods)

Almarai is seeking a Divisional Product Development Manager (Premier Foods) to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time role involves leading the end-to-end development of new products and enhancing existing product lines within the Premier Foods division. The position requires a professional with over 10 years of experience in product development.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the complete product development lifecycle from concept to commercialization.
Ensure all product development projects meet high standards for quality, innovation, and commercial viability.
Develop innovative formulations and explore new ingredients and technologies.
Ensure all products adhere to Almarai’s quality, safety, and excellence standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering, Supply Planning, Sales, and Marketing to facilitate efficient market entry for new products.

Required Qualifications and Experience

A minimum of 10 years of experience in product development.
Demonstrated ability to drive initiatives and optimize processes within a food manufacturing environment.
Proven track record of delivering quality, innovative, and commercially successful products.

Work Environment
