The Role: Certified Pilates Instructor

Musanada Human Resources is seeking a Certified Pilates Instructor to deliver safe and effective Pilates sessions to clients. This full-time position is based in an on-site studio located in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The instructor will be responsible for guiding clients through personalized and group Pilates programs, ensuring a positive and supportive experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and lead individual and group Pilates classes.
• Demonstrate exercises with proper form and technique.
• Adapt routines to accommodate diverse fitness levels, abilities, and health conditions of clients.
• Conduct initial client assessments and systematically track progress.
• Collaborate with other wellness or rehabilitation professionals as appropriate.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe studio environment.
• Ensure all Pilates equipment is used safely and correctly.
• Provide clear guidance and motivation to help clients achieve their fitness goals.

Qualifications and Experience

• Certification as a Pilates Instructor is required.
• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in delivering Pilates instruction.
