Core Code IO is seeking a Chat Support Representative to join our team in Riyadh. This full-time position is designed for individuals with 0-1 years of experience who are committed to delivering excellent customer assistance through digital communication channels.

Role Purpose

The Chat Support Representative will serve as a primary point of contact for customers, providing support and guidance via live chat and other digital platforms. This role requires a proactive approach, strong written communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple interactions efficiently while maintaining high standards of accuracy and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries through live chat and other digital support channels.
• Provide clear, accurate, and professional responses to customer questions.
• Identify customer needs and offer appropriate solutions or guidance.
• Troubleshoot customer issues and resolve requests efficiently.
• Manage multiple chat conversations simultaneously while maintaining quality and response speed.
• Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate internal team.
• Follow up with customers when additional information or assistance is required.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions.
• Adhere to established support procedures, guidelines, and service standards.
• Identify recurring customer issues and communicate relevant feedback to internal teams.
• Maintain a professional, friendly, and helpful tone throughout all customer interactions.

Qualifications and Experience

• 0-1 years of previous experience in chat support, customer service, customer support, call center, or a similar role.
