Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

Position Summary

TechGenies is seeking a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead and expand its operations in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role requires a senior business leader with extensive knowledge of the Saudi Arabian market and a proven track record in driving sustainable revenue and profitability growth. The CEO will be responsible for the overall strategy, operations, and financial performance of the business in the region.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the overall strategy, operations, and growth of the Saudi Arabian business.
• Manage the organization's P&L, revenue growth, profitability, and financial performance.
• Develop and execute strategies to achieve aggressive and sustainable business growth.
• Strengthen and expand relationships with key Saudi stakeholders and decision-makers.
• Lead engagement with government ministries, giga-projects, sovereign wealth funds, major corporations, and government-related entities.
• Oversee large-scale projects, operational performance, and organizational execution.
• Lead and develop large, high-performing teams and senior leadership functions.
• Identify new business opportunities and strategic partnerships within the Saudi market.
• Ensure the business operates effectively within the Saudi regulatory and business environment.
• Drive operational efficiency and initiatives that improve EBITDA and profitability.
• Represent the organization at senior executive, government, and corporate levels.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate is an established senior business leader with deep experience in Saudi Arabia, capable of taking full ownership of the business, accelerating growth, improving profitability, and leading complex organizations. This role requires leveraging an established network of senior government and corporate relationships across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Required Experience and Qualifications

• 20+ years of overall professional and leadership experience.
• Minimum 5 years in a CEO, Managing Director, General Manager, or Country Head position.
• Proven experience operating, leading, and scaling businesses in Saudi Arabia.
• Strong experience managing government contracting and large-scale projects.
• Demonstrated track record of achieving double-digit revenue growth.
• Proven experience improving EBITDA and overall profitability.
• Strong P&L ownership and financial management experience.
• Experience leading large teams and complex organizations.
• Experience managing senior-level relationships with government and corporate stakeholders in Saudi Arabia.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working within a family conglomerate, multinational organization, or joint venture.
• Established senior-level Saudi business network.
• Existing Saudi residency / valid Iqama and work authorization.
• Experience with major Saudi giga-projects and government-related entities.
• Experience managing strategic partnerships or major commercial relationships in KSA.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, within a large Gulf-based contracting group. The role involves leading a significant business unit and engaging with high-level government and corporate entities across the Kingdom.
