Client Advisor

About the Role

Celine is seeking a Client Advisor to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves driving sales and ensuring an exceptional client experience. The Client Advisor will report to the Team Manager and contribute to upholding Celine's brand image through client interactions. This position is suitable for candidates with 0-1 years of experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed sales targets by demonstrating a strong commercial mindset and product knowledge.
• Engage with clients to understand their needs, offering tailored recommendations and complementary products.
• Utilize cross-selling techniques to maximize sales opportunities and introduce the full range of Celine's offerings.
• Collaborate with colleagues to foster a positive team spirit and achieve collective goals.
• Deliver an exceptional client experience, ensuring each client's journey with Celine is memorable.
• Build and nurture lasting relationships with clients through personalized clienteling.
• Adhere to internal procedures and guidelines to ensure smooth and efficient store operations.
• Participate in operational tasks such as visual merchandising, restocking, transfers, after-sales service, and inventory management.
• Serve as a Celine ambassador, embodying the Maison’s values and excellence.
• Share the history and stories behind products to deepen client connection to the brand.
• Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and personal presentation.
