The Role of Client Onboarding Specialist

Mozn is seeking a Client Onboarding Specialist to join its team in Riyadh, Riyadh Province. This full-time role involves ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for FOCAL customers. The specialist will serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the onboarding process, from initial implementation to go-live readiness.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end onboarding journey for FOCAL clients.
• Act as the primary client contact from kickoff through go-live.
• Conduct platform training sessions for client teams.
• Coordinate with internal teams to maintain project schedules.
• Track and resolve technical inquiries, feature requests, and configuration issues during onboarding, escalating as necessary.
• Maintain accurate onboarding documentation and status tracking for all active clients.
• Manage multiple concurrent client onboardings, prioritizing based on timelines and complexity.
• Ensure smooth handovers to the Customer Success team post go-live, including full context transfer.
• Identify recurring onboarding blockers or process gaps and propose improvements.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for this position should possess 2-5 years of relevant experience. The role requires a professional who can manage client relationships and technical processes effectively.
