About the Role

Red Hat is seeking a Cloud Consultant OpenShift to join its Consulting team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role focuses on Red Hat Cloud Products, involving participation in the design and development of cloud-ready infrastructure and application architectures. This includes automated container platforms and deployment pipelines for enterprise customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead or participate in the on-site implementation of Red Hat technologies, including Red Hat OpenShift and Red Hat Ansible Automation Platform.
• Serve as a subject matter expert at customer sites, addressing technical, development, or strategic IT requirements.
• Understand customer infrastructure and business needs to provide recommendations and support strategic decision-making.
• Collaborate with project and customer team members to meet established timelines and goals.
• Contribute to project documentation, diagrams, and support case management.
• Mentor and share knowledge with customers and internal team members.
• Define and promote the adoption of automation techniques and DevOps processes to improve the cloud life cycle, including infrastructure and application uptime, availability, and time-to-market.

Technical Implementation

• Implement and integrate Red Hat's open and hybrid cloud solutions, specifically Red Hat OpenShift, Red Hat Ansible Automation Platform, and other Red Hat offerings.
• Apply cloud technologies, design principles, integration points, and automation methods to deliver effective solutions.

Candidate Profile

• Ability to communicate the value, progress, and metrics of key projects to both technical and business audiences.
• Demonstrated capacity for self-study, rapid learning, and the practical application of new ideas.
• Good judgment in selecting the most effective methods to obtain solutions.
• Understanding of industry practices and Red Hat's policies, procedures, and values.

Work Environment

This position requires availability to work onsite at customer locations for over 50% of the time.
