Role Overview

Hempel A/S is seeking a Coating Applicator to support its Décor Technical Services structure. This full-time position is based in Al Kharj, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The primary responsibility of this role is to assist in the effective functioning of technical services by conducting trial applications, preparing sample panels, and performing demonstrations for customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer the process of producing sample panels, display boards, and sales kit brochures.
• Obtain necessary supplies and equipment to complete assigned tasks.
• Conduct site application, demonstration, and training in adherence to customer requests, as coordinated by sales staff.
• Provide assistance in conducting complaints evaluation through application trials and testing.
• Introduce and innovate decorative designs, including special effects, where appropriate.
• Work on special projects as directed by the Trade Sales Manager.
• Clean and maintain equipment, tools, and supplies.
• Work towards achieving maximum efficiencies within the established work environment while maintaining safety and compliance with all applicable rules and regulations.
