Our client, The Managers (المدراء), is a rapidly expanding real estate developer focused on delivering large-scale, high-quality projects across Riyadh and the wider region. The company specializes in modern, sustainable residential, commercial, hospitality, and mixed-use communities. They are seeking a Commercial Director Real Estate Development to lead their commercial functions.

Role Overview

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, reporting directly to the company's leadership. The Commercial Director will be responsible for overseeing the marketing, sales, and leasing functions, driving the overall commercial performance across the company's development portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the marketing, sales, and leasing teams, providing clear direction, coaching, and performance oversight.
• Develop and own the go-to-market and pricing strategy, and lead off-plan launches across the development portfolio.
• Manage and support brokers and commercial partners to accelerate opportunities and facilitate transactions.
• Actively participate in key negotiations and close deals alongside the teams and brokers.
• Deliver business and team revenue targets through disciplined pipeline management and timely follow-up.
• Oversee the customer experience from initial inquiry through purchase or leasing and handover.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in a relevant commercial leadership role.
• Demonstrated experience in real estate development, specifically within marketing, sales, and leasing functions.
• Proven ability to lead and manage teams effectively.
• Strong negotiation and deal-closing skills.
