The Role of Commercial Manager (Transportation)

Mnzil is expanding its offerings by introducing a new transportation product to its workforce-housing platform. This full-time role, based in Riyadh, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, is situated within the Sales team. The Commercial Manager will be responsible for the entire commercial aspect of the transportation product, including vehicle sourcing, pricing strategies to gain market share, and closing deals with clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and manage the commercial strategy for the transportation product, encompassing the sourcing model, pricing, and deal structures.
• Develop a competitive pricing framework that balances profit margins with rapid market-share growth objectives.
• Establish and maintain the vehicle sourcing pipeline, collaborating with fleet suppliers, leasing partners, and operators.
• Oversee the complete sales cycle for transportation deals, from initial prospecting to deal closure.
• Collaborate with the housing sales team to package and cross-sell both housing and transportation products.
• Ensure a smooth transition of closed deals to the operations team.

Required Experience

• Candidates should possess 5-10 years of relevant experience in a commercial role, preferably within the transportation or logistics sector.
