Commercial Manager Bakery

About the Role

Majid Al Futtaim is seeking a Commercial Manager - Bakery to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves coordinating with buyers and supporting purchasing activities for MAF Retail, focusing on the selection and examination of products for store shelves, catalogues, and online platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute commercial strategies to achieve revenue, profit, and market share targets.
• Lead sales planning, pricing, promotions, and business development initiatives.
• Manage relationships with key accounts, distributors, retail chains, and food service customers.
• Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with Production, Supply Chain, Marketing, and Finance teams to ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and commercial performance reports.
• Negotiate commercial agreements and contracts with customers and partners.
• Lead and develop the commercial team to drive high performance and business growth.

Experience and Qualifications

Candidates should possess 5-10 years of relevant experience in a commercial management role, preferably within the bakery sector or a related retail environment. The role requires a strong understanding of commercial strategies and market dynamics.
