The Role of Competitive Gymnastics Coach

Finesse Gymnastics Academy is seeking a Competitive Gymnastics Coach to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time, on-site position responsible for the training and development of gymnasts at competitive levels. The coach will contribute to the academy's mission of fostering athletic growth and skill mastery.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and lead structured practice sessions for competitive gymnasts.
• Teach and refine skills across all relevant gymnastics apparatus.
• Design progressive training plans tailored to the individual needs of athletes.
• Monitor athlete performance and provide constructive feedback.
• Prepare gymnasts for various competitions.
• Ensure strict adherence to safety standards and injury-prevention protocols during all training activities.
• Maintain clear communication with athletes and their families regarding progress and training.
• Collaborate effectively with other coaches and academy staff.
• Support overall gym operations during practices, camps, and competitions.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5-10 years of experience in competitive gymnastics coaching.
• Demonstrated ability to develop gymnasts from foundational to competitive levels.
• Strong understanding of gymnastics techniques, safety standards, and injury prevention.
• Ability to work effectively with children and young athletes.
