Construction Manager ELV/ICT Systems

About the Company and Role

iHR (International Human Resources) is seeking a Construction Manager ELV/ICT Systems for a full-time position in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role is with a company specializing in integrated ELV and ICT solutions, delivering technology infrastructure and systems implementation projects across Saudi Arabia.

Role Overview

The Construction Manager will oversee all construction activities related to ELV/ICT systems. This involves coordinating multidisciplinary teams, managing subcontractors, and ensuring that all project works adhere to approved designs, schedules, quality standards, safety requirements, and contractual obligations.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and supervise daily site activities, construction schedules, and resource allocation to achieve project milestones.
• Review and interpret approved construction drawings, IFC documents, technical specifications, and contract requirements.
• Coordinate civil, electrical, mechanical, and ELV/ICT installation activities to ensure proper sequencing and system integration.
• Monitor site progress, identify delays, and implement corrective actions to maintain project schedules.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with quality standards, technical specifications, and approved designs.
• Implement and enforce health, safety, and environmental requirements across project sites.
• Manage subcontractors, monitor their performance, verify completed works, and review progress claims.
• Coordinate testing, commissioning, inspections, and final handover activities.
• Maintain site reports, inspection records, material delivery logs, and as-built documentation.
• Identify technical issues, construction risks, and site conflicts, and coordinate appropriate corrective solutions.
• Lead and supervise site engineers and supervisors to ensure efficient execution and team performance.
• Coordinate with clients and consultants to facilitate inspections, resolve technical queries, and obtain required approvals.

Required Experience

Candidates should possess 5-10 years of experience in a relevant construction management role, specifically within ELV and ICT systems projects.
