About the Role

Parsons Corporation is seeking a Construction Supervisor – Electrical and ELV to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position involves monitoring and supervising all construction activities related to the electrical works of a key building project, specifically within extensive high-rise tower construction.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and evaluate electrical tests such as ground-fault, ground resistance, insulation resistance, polarity, continuity, capacity, load, and other electrical field tests as required.
• Provide inspection of electrical equipment installations or modifications, and witness testing and energization field activities.
• Prepare and submit reports on the progress of the electrical aspects of the project.
• Monitor safety aspects when dealing with electrical installations.
• Oversee the review of the contractor’s documents and shop drawings to identify and rectify any issues which may affect the stability or function of any electrical components or systems.
• Liaise with the Senior Electrical Engineer and other engineers and managers to provide support and guidance as required.
• Monitor all electrical engineering aspects of the project to ensure compliance with approved and proper standards.
• Maintain daily reports documenting work performed by the contractor.
• Conduct field checks on the installation and location of electrical equipment, electrical duct, conduit, cable, panels, and other components of the electrical system being installed.

Qualifications and Experience

• An Associate's or equivalent degree in a technical discipline or construction-related field is required.
• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in a relevant construction supervision role is expected.

Required Skills

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction specifications.
• Thorough familiarity with construction-related processes specific to the area of assignment.
