Role Overview

The Content Creator is responsible for crafting compelling content for social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, X, LinkedIn, and TikTok. This involves developing captivating captions, visually striking graphics, and engaging videos. The role also includes collaborating with the social media team to align content with client objectives, actively engaging with followers to build community, and analyzing content performance to optimize strategies. Staying current with social media trends and digital marketing developments is essential for adapting content approaches.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate creative and engaging content for social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, X, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
• Write compelling and concise copy for social media posts, including captions and other text-based content.
• Develop visually appealing graphics, images, and videos to accompany social media posts.
• Collaborate with the social media team to develop and implement content strategies aligned with client goals and target audiences.
• Engage with followers and respond to comments, messages, and mentions to foster community.
• Schedule and publish content using social media tools, and monitor performance metrics to optimize strategy.
• Stay informed about current trends in social media and digital marketing to create relevant content.
• Track and analyze Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as reach, engagement, and conversions, providing regular reports on campaign effectiveness.
• Keep up-to-date with changes in social media algorithms, best practices, and emerging platforms to continuously improve content strategies.

Qualifications and Experience

• A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Film, Video Production, Journalism, or a related field.
• 0-2 years of experience in social media management, content creation, and event coverage.
• Demonstrated experience through a compelling portfolio of visually engaging work.

Essential Skills and Attributes

• Strong enthusiasm for social media with a keen eye on emerging platforms and trends.
• Proven ability as a storyteller, both visually and through copy.
• Animation/motion skills, particularly in editing, are considered a plus.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, requiring close collaboration with various team members to ensure consistent branding and content delivery.
