The Role of Contracts and Commercial Manager

SATCO is seeking a Contracts and Commercial Manager to oversee contract administration and commercial delivery for a significant construction project in Riyadh. This full-time position is central to ensuring the efficient management of contractual obligations and commercial aspects of the project.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage contract administration, including notices and correspondence with the Employer.
• Prepare and process valuations and interim payment certificates.
• Provide support for claims, variations, and commercial risk management activities.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in contracts and commercial management, preferably within the construction industry.
• Expatriate applicants currently based in Saudi Arabia must hold a transferable Iqama.
• Candidates must be readily available for release and able to join immediately.

Work Environment and Logistics

This is a full-time position located in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role involves working directly on a major construction project, requiring a dedicated presence in the region.
