Addleshaw Goddard offers a Cooperative Training Programme within its Corporate Law team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time programme is designed for students with 0-1 years of experience to gain practical legal experience in a professional setting. Interns will work alongside experienced legal professionals, contributing to various corporate legal matters.

Key Responsibilities

As a Cooperative trainee primarily supporting the Corporate partners, responsibilities include:

• Assisting the Corporate Law team with drafting, reviewing, and proofreading legal documents, contracts, and agreements.
• Conducting legal research on corporate law matters, including regulatory requirements and compliance issues specific to Saudi Arabia.
• Supporting the team in preparing for client meetings and presentations.
• Maintaining accurate and organised records of legal files and documents.
• Monitoring updates in laws and regulations relevant to corporate law and providing summaries to the team.
• Participating in team meetings and contributing to discussions on ongoing cases and projects.
• Adhering to confidentiality and ethical standards in handling sensitive legal information.
