About the Role

Marriott International is seeking a Coordinator Admin to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is ideal for candidates with 0-1 years of experience, focusing on administrative support and guest communication within a hospitality environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as a point of contact for guests, communicating via phone and email to address inquiries and requests.
  • Input and retrieve information from computer databases using a keyboard, mouse, or trackball to update records, files, reservations, and respond to guest requests.
  • Operate standard office equipment other than computers.
  • Prepare letters, memos, and other documents using word processing, spreadsheet, database, or presentation software.
  • Transmit information or documents using a computer, mail, or fax, including proofreading and editing written information for accuracy and completeness.
  • Enter and locate business information using computers and/or point-of-sale systems.
  • Follow and ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.
  • Maintain a clean and complete uniform, and a professional appearance at all times.
  • Protect company assets and maintain confidentiality of proprietary and/or hotel information.
  • Welcome and acknowledge guests according to company standards, anticipate and address guest needs, assist individuals with disabilities, and thank guests with genuine appreciation.
  • Speak with others using clear and professional language, and answer telephones using appropriate etiquette.
  • Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others, support team to reach common goals, and listen and respond appropriately to the concerns of other employees.
  • Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to the manager.
  • Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 10 pounds ( kg) without assistance.
  • Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by supervisors.

Qualifications and Experience

  • 0-1 years of experience in an administrative or coordination role.
  • Proficiency in using computer databases, word processing, spreadsheet, database, and presentation software.
  • Ability to operate standard office equipment.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
