The Role: Country Manager, Saudi Arabia

Check Point Software is seeking a Country Manager for a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This key role involves leading the local sales organization to expand Check Point's market share within the cybersecurity landscape. The Country Manager will influence employees, business partners, and end customers while driving significant business growth in the region.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and grow Check Point's business operations in Saudi Arabia.
• Drive new customer acquisition and expand the channel ecosystem through the development of enterprise and sales channels.
• Enhance the performance of existing distributors and Value-Added Resellers (VARs), and extend market coverage via additional partners.
• Build strong engagement and relationships with clients and business partners through go-to-market strategy execution, program management, and account mapping and planning.
• Manage pipeline generation and ensure accurate forecasting for new solutions, projects, renewals, and refreshes.
• Provide ongoing mentoring and development for the sales team, including recruiting, onboarding, and training new sales representatives.
• Develop Check Point's market expertise and cultivate local market intelligence, including competitive analysis.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum of 10+ years of relevant sales experience within the IT industry, with a preference for experience in a high-growth entrepreneurial environment.
• In-depth knowledge and understanding of the IT security landscape, including local insights on competitors, solutions, and current trends.
• Proven track record in building and leading diverse, high-performance sales teams.
