The Creative Designer Role

Star is seeking a Creative Designer to join its team in Riyadh, Riyadh Province. This full-time position requires 2-5 years of experience and is central to shaping the visual identity across all four Star brands. The role is designed for a professional who has rebuilt their creative process around AI tools, producing high-quality and efficient work. The Creative Designer will serve as the creative engine, generating content from social media and marketing materials to event assets and UI/UX designs.

Key Responsibilities

• Design social media content, digital campaigns, and marketing materials across all Star brands.
• Create event and conference assets, including presentations, signage, and promotional materials.
• Design UI/UX for StarCert and StarSpaces digital products.
• Maintain and evolve brand guidelines across four distinct brand identities.
• Produce high volumes of creative output efficiently through AI-powered workflows.
• Collaborate closely with the communications, marketing, and product teams.
• Continuously explore new AI design tools and improve creative processes.

Candidate Requirements

• A strong portfolio demonstrating range across digital content, brand design, and UI/UX work.
• An AI-native creative process, using AI tools as the core of the workflow.
• Sharp aesthetic sensibility, producing genuinely high-quality work.
• Ability to work across multiple brand personalities and audiences simultaneously.
• Experience with UI/UX design, including wireframing, user flows, and interface design.
• Strong command of digital formats (social media, web, presentations, and print).
• Proficiency with standard design tools or equivalent, used alongside AI tools.
