CyberStone is seeking a dedicated Cyber Security Analyst to join our Managed Security Operations Center (MSOC) team. This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and offers an opportunity to contribute to advanced cybersecurity defense operations within a professional environment.

The Role: Cyber Security Analyst

The Cyber Security Analyst will play a crucial role in supporting the delivery of comprehensive cybersecurity monitoring, detection, and response activities. This position focuses on maintaining robust security postures in alignment with national cybersecurity frameworks and requirements, contributing directly to the defense capabilities of our MSOC team.

Key Responsibilities

• Support advanced cybersecurity monitoring and detection activities.
• Conduct investigations into security incidents and potential threats.
• Perform threat hunting to identify hidden or emerging security risks.
• Assist in incident response efforts to mitigate and resolve security breaches.
• Ensure all activities align with applicable National Cybersecurity Authority (NCA) requirements.
• Operate within the guidelines of the Saudi Cybersecurity Workforce Framework (SCyWF).

Required Qualifications and Experience

Candidates should possess 0-1 years of professional experience, coupled with foundational practical experience in cybersecurity. The role requires a strong understanding of security operations and relevant technologies.

• Demonstrated practical experience working within SOC/MSOC environments.
• Experience with Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) systems.
• Proficiency with Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR)/Extended Detection and Response (XDR) solutions.
• Familiarity with Network Detection and Response (NDR) technologies.
• Knowledge of Intrusion Detection Systems (IDS)/Intrusion Prevention Systems (IPS) and firewalls.
• Experience utilizing threat intelligence platforms and other cybersecurity monitoring technologies.

Desirable Skills and Certifications

• Knowledge of the NCA cybersecurity regulatory environment and the Saudi Cybersecurity Workforce Framework (SCyWF) is highly desirable.
• Possession of relevant professional cybersecurity certifications is considered an advantage.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position located in Riyadh, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will work as part of a dedicated Managed Security Operations Center team, contributing to critical cybersecurity defense initiatives.
