About the Role

Cipher is seeking a skilled Cybersecurity Access Control Specialist to join its cybersecurity team in Riyadh. This full-time role involves managing identity and access controls, administering privileged access solutions, and ensuring secure access to enterprise systems. The specialist will also be responsible for maintaining compliance with cybersecurity and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and administer Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions across enterprise environments.
• Provision, modify, and revoke user access based on approved access control policies.
• Implement, maintain, and support Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions, including CyberArk.
• Conduct periodic user access reviews and certification campaigns.
• Monitor privileged accounts and ensure compliance with the principle of least privilege.
• Support internal and external audits by providing access control evidence and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with cybersecurity frameworks and regulatory requirements, including SAMA CSF.
• Collaborate with IT, Security, and business teams to implement secure access controls and improve identity governance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve IAM-related issues while maintaining service quality.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in a relevant cybersecurity role.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, where the specialist will work within the cybersecurity team to manage and enhance access control systems.
