This Full-time Cybersecurity Architect position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and involves applying cybersecurity expertise to critical transport systems.

Role Overview

The Cybersecurity Architect will play a key role in ensuring the security and resilience of critical systems, safeguarding data and infrastructure from potential threats within Alstom's transport networks. This position involves close collaboration with Engineering, Project Management, and IT teams to develop and implement robust cybersecurity strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical guidance and supervision for project and program teams.
  • Participate in Project/Program Design Reviews.
  • Support engineering teams in addressing design and technical challenges related to cybersecurity implementation.
  • Act as a referent for management and third parties on cybersecurity architecture and technical implementation.
  • Ensure homogeneous cybersecurity implementation aligns with Governance & Expertise policies.
  • Establish the cybersecurity context, as delegated by the Project Cybersecurity Manager (PCyM).
  • Define cybersecurity architecture and design principles.
  • Establish and maintain Cybersecurity Risk Analysis.
  • Establish the Cybersecurity Architecture Design and Requirements Allocation (CADRA).
  • Establish and maintain the Cybersecurity Assets Inventory for projects requiring vulnerability management.
  • Support the implementation of cybersecurity through active contribution to evaluation, including cybersecurity approval of design documents.
  • Plan cybersecurity tests, such as penetration tests and vulnerability scans.
  • Specify cybersecurity tests to be performed.
  • Select, design, and create appropriate tools for testing.
  • Perform cybersecurity tests on targeted systems.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for this role should possess 5-10 years of relevant experience in cybersecurity, particularly within architecture and risk analysis. The position requires a professional who can contribute to innovative projects and work with cutting-edge technologies.
