Cybersecurity Compliance Officer

About the Role

DXC Technology is seeking a Cybersecurity Compliance Officer to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role focuses on managing security controls, ensuring audit readiness, and maintaining regulatory compliance for a confidential engagement. The officer will be responsible for maintaining control records, coordinating assessments, tracking remediation efforts, and reporting compliance risks to senior stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate applicable cybersecurity requirements into practical technical and process controls.
• Maintain a control register, including owners, evidence requirements, and review schedules.
• Map controls to relevant frameworks such as the NCA Essential Cybersecurity Controls, ISO 27001, and NIST CSF.
• Review security policies and procedures in response to changing requirements.
• Coordinate internal assessments and external audits, including evidence collection and control walkthroughs.
• Record findings, agree on corrective actions with control owners, and track them through closure.
• Collaborate with security, infrastructure, and delivery teams to integrate compliance checks into operational processes and new solutions.
• Prepare compliance dashboards, risk summaries, and remediation updates for senior stakeholders.
• Assist technical teams in understanding their control ownership and evidence obligations.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates should possess 5-10 years of experience in cybersecurity compliance or a related field. A strong understanding of cybersecurity frameworks and regulatory requirements is essential for this role.
