Mina Excellence is seeking a Cybersecurity Operations Engineer to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is essential for maintaining a secure technology environment and supporting our cybersecurity operations.

Role Overview

The Cybersecurity Operations Engineer will be responsible for supporting cybersecurity operations, vulnerability remediation, security hardening, and ensuring compliance with security controls. This position involves close collaboration with IT and infrastructure teams to identify and address security risks effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and support cybersecurity operations and security controls.
• Identify, assess, and remediate vulnerabilities across IT systems.
• Perform security hardening for servers, network devices, and infrastructure components.
• Support the implementation and maintenance of cybersecurity policies and controls.
• Assist with security assessments, audits, and compliance requirements.
• Investigate and resolve security-related issues and incidents.
• Coordinate with infrastructure, network, and IT teams on security requirements.
• Maintain security documentation, reports, and remediation records.
• Support the continuous improvement of cybersecurity processes and controls.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 3–6 years of experience in cybersecurity operations or a related role.
• Demonstrated experience with vulnerability management, security hardening, and security controls.

Required Skills

• Good understanding of network, server, and infrastructure security principles.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
