About the Role

Amazon Saudi Arabia (ex-Souq) is seeking a DA & DSP Experience Specialist to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time role is central to fostering strong, long-term partnerships with last-mile delivery partners, ensuring efficient operations and resolving any challenges they encounter. The specialist will play a key role in identifying areas for improvement and driving solutions within the delivery network.

Role Purpose and Impact

The core purpose of this position is to build and maintain robust connections with Amazon's last-mile delivery partners, including Delivery Associates (DA) and Delivery Service Providers (DSP). The specialist will facilitate the implementation of efficient delivery processes and proactively address operational issues, ultimately contributing to successful and enduring partnerships that are vital to Amazon's service delivery in Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect and analyze insights from various listening channels to identify critical experience priorities for partners.
• Consolidate partner feedback and collaborate cross-functionally with operations, ACES, and DEX teams to address structural challenges within established Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Conduct regular roundtables with delivery partners to monitor sentiment and gather continuous feedback.
• Act as the primary advocate for Delivery Associates and Delivery Service Providers within Amazon SA, ensuring their perspectives are represented.
• Develop and implement processes to enhance delivery efficiency and resolve operational issues experienced by partners.

Work Environment and Daily Activities

This role is based at one of Amazon's operational sites, providing direct proximity to the delivery process. This on-site presence offers comprehensive visibility, enabling the specialist to effectively guide logistics partners. Daily activities involve managing all aspects of partner listening channels and creating a clear communication funnel to leadership regarding key priorities that require attention and action.

About the Team

The successful candidate will join Amazon Logistics (AMZL), the team responsible for 'last mile' delivery operations. AMZL partners with third-party distribution businesses to deliver millions of physical products to customers. The team focuses on creative thinking and continuous improvement initiatives to ensure a smooth delivery experience and to roll out global delivery solutions for new concepts.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 2 to 5 years of relevant professional experience.
