Job Summary

The Data Analysis and Business Intelligence Officer will be responsible for collecting, cleaning, and analyzing data from various sources. This includes preparing reports and interactive dashboards, as well as identifying key indicators and trends to support strategic decision-making and improve overall performance and operations. Maintaining data quality and confidentiality is a core aspect of this role.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect data from databases, internal systems, and external sources, ensuring its completeness and suitability for analysis.
• Clean and process data by addressing errors, missing values, and duplicates to maintain data quality, accuracy, and consistency.
• Analyze data using statistical methods and analytical tools to identify patterns, trends, opportunities, and risks.
• Develop periodic reports, interactive dashboards, and key performance indicators to support performance monitoring and data-driven decision-making.
• Translate business requirements into analytical needs, reports, and measurable indicators in coordination with relevant departments.
• Prepare presentations and analytical summaries that clearly communicate findings, conclusions, and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Monitor the quality of reports and dashboards, verifying data sources and calculation methods before publication.
• Contribute to automating data collection and reporting processes and reducing repetitive manual tasks.
• Document data sources, indicator definitions, analysis methodologies, and report update procedures.
• Support data governance initiatives and comply with information security, privacy, and access policies.
• Follow up on data and reporting issues, analyze their causes, and coordinate their resolution to prevent recurrence.
• Prepare periodic reports for the direct manager on work progress, achievements, challenges, and proposed solutions.
• Maintain the confidentiality of data and information, disclosing it only in accordance with approved authorities and policies.
• Perform any other duties assigned within the scope of the role.

Experience and Qualifications

• 0-1 years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence.
• Ability to collect, clean, and analyze data from various sources.
• Proficiency in preparing reports and interactive dashboards.
• Strong analytical skills to identify indicators and trends.
