The Role: Data Analyst II, Credit

Tamara is seeking a Data Analyst II, Credit to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time position is integral to the Credit department's continued growth, focusing on developing analytical solutions and supporting data-driven decision-making. The successful candidate will manage stakeholders across various business functions, contributing to the establishment of key product success metrics and enhancing strategic decisions through comprehensive data analysis within a high-growth startup environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive business impact by identifying key opportunities for rapid growth and delivering actionable insights.
• Develop and maintain dashboards that provide accurate and actionable insights for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with the data engineering team to address data enrichment requirements for the product team.
• Work with business stakeholders to prioritize projects based on potential impact and ensure their timely delivery.
• Establish processes to identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns within complex data sets, enabling informed decision-making.
• Ensure data governance and promote sound analytical practices throughout all processes.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, or another analytical field. Candidates from other fields with relevant knowledge and experience are also encouraged to apply.
• Between 5 to 10 years of experience in a relevant data analysis role.

Essential Skills and Domain Expertise

• Demonstrated ability to develop analytical solutions and assist with data-driven decision-making.
• Experience in managing stakeholders across a broad range of functions.
• Strong understanding of a relevant domain, such as Finance, Risk, or Product.
